Corporate HF support account

Opening a corporate account for STO Radio HF radio support can be done with a minimum of formalities.

By opening a corporate account, your entire fleet of HF-equipped aircraft is granted access to the following services:

• Operational Phone-patches Air-to-Ground / Ground-to-Air
• Operational Message relaying by SITA/AFTN/FAX/Email (DEP/ARR/MVT/PSN-reports, maint issues etc)
• Radio- and Selcal-checks
• Instant METAR/TAF-supply for all major airports worldwide.
• Medical advice over HF-radio (Medlink of Medaire or other org as requested)
  

With Stockholm Radio HF radio as backup 24/7, you may solve many problems, avoiding expensive and unnecessary delays/diverts should other means of communication fail.

Charges:

Usage of STO Radio LDOC HF services is from Feb-2010 based on Subscription.

A base charge (administrative activation-fee) of €500 for the setup of a new account.

Further Subscription-fees will be invoiced on 3-months basis. For price-quote please contact STO Radio.

Traffic-charges (click "Charges") are accumulated and when exceeding a certain minimum-limit invoiced on monthly basis, covering any HF radio transactions up to previous month. All charges will be itemized on invoice emailed to your preferred recipient address(-es).

Payment methods:

Invoice payment via bank wire transfer (30 days payment periods with no exception)

N.B. We unfortunately no longer honor neither paper check or credit card as payment for corporate usage.

Please download and fill out the application-form to the right and return it to us promptly. Your account will be created promptly upon receipt of your completed application and activated asap after initial fee is paid.

Personal Account
Stockholm Radio offers flight deck crew members to make private telephone calls via HF radio to any phone-number in the world.

Please feel free to open a personal account directly over the radio at the same time as you request your first phone-patch. However in order to maintain the integrity of your personal and credit card details we suggest you forward the required account details prior to departure by phone or email.

The required details are:

• Credit card number
• Credit card Expiry date
• Full name of credit card holder

You will receive a personal STO Radio account number for future reference.

Any HF radio transactions will be charged monthly to your credit card.

N.B.

• The personal account can be used ONLY by the account-holder him/herself.
• The personal account can NOT be used for corporate purposes, such as requests from an airline for HF comm with different aircraft.
• The personal account does not generate any specifications or statements-of-account of any kind, other than those issued by your credit card company.
