Opening a corporate account for STO Radio HF radio support is done with a minimum of formalities.

By opening a corporate account, your entire fleet of HF-equipped aircraft is given access to any requested service:

• Operational Phone-patches Air-to-Ground / Ground-to-Air
• Operational Message relaying by SITA/AFTN/FAX/Email (DEP/ARR/MVT/PSN-reports, maint issues etc)
• Radio- and Selcal-checks
• Instant METAR/TAF-supply for all major airports worldwide.
• Medical advice over HF-radio (Medlink of Medaire or other org as requested)

With Stockholm Radio as a HF backup-routine H24 you might solve many problems, (e.g. avoiding expensive and unnecessary delays/diverts) should other means of communication fail.

Charges:
From 1 SEPT 07 we require an administrative activation-fee of EUR 500,- for account-setup and access to our services.

Traffic-charges (click "Charges") are invoiced once a month covering any HF radio transactions performed up to previous month. A detailed specification itemizing all charges made will be sent to any preferred email-address.

Payment methods:
a) Credit Card - or
b) Invoice payment via bank wire transfer (requiring an additional pre-deposit of EUR 500,-  refundable the day you choose to terminate the account)
N.B. Cheque-payment is no longer accepted.

Stockholm Radio offers opportunity for flight deck crew members to be patched through for private calls via HF radio to any phone-number world-wide.
You are free to sign up for and open a personal account direct over radio while requesting your first phone-patch.
For your own safety however, we suggest you plan for this before departure and provide us the details over phone or email.

Required customer details:
+ Credit card number
+ Credit card Expiry date
+ Full name of credit card holder

You will receive a personal STO Radio account number for reference in future communication.
Any HF radio transactions will be charged your credit card monthly.

N.B.
+ The personal account can be used ONLY by the account-holder him/herself.
+ The personal account can NOT be used for corporate purposes, such as requests from an airline for HF comm with different aircraft.
+ The personal account does not generate any specifications or statements-of-account of any kind, other than issued by your own credit card company.
