Our main objective is to provide our customers with rapid and reliable communications when operating within our Service Area

We feel that there should - as far as possible - always be an established communications link between Crews in Flight and Operations/Dispatch. When flying close range this is normally handled on a CUT frequency on VHF.

We feel it should be just as natural and important to maintain such a link also when operating outside of VHF range. Therefore, a contact with STO radio should be considered as a contact with company.

It is of great concern to us to try to establish the routines with each airline that will create the situation by which Air-to-Ground as well as Ground-to-Air traffic is performed in a reliable and rapid manner.
